Klodjana Dervishi Photography - People Photographer, shooting in her unique fashionable way
Klodjana Dervishi was born in Kucova (Albania) in December 1982.
Her artistic attitude was prevailing since she was a child.
She was happy when she could spend hours drawing with her pencils.
For mom and dad's sake, her school career took another direction.
After highschool, she decided to leave Albania and moved to Italy, in Rome, to study Computer Engineering.
In 2005, she moved to Milan and, one year later, she got married.
Her love for photography was unexpected: she began by taking pictures using her husband's digital camera when he was not home.
It was just for fun then, taking pictures for her blog, and she didn't believe this could be more than a hobby.
Little by little she was caught by the magic of photography: choosing the right angle, finding the good balance between shadows and lights.
She never took courses: everything she knows about photography and Photoshop is selftaught.
Klodjana learned the art of photography all by her own efforts. Never having gone to school or assisted other photographers, she developed her own aesthetic by doing and creating.
She always says "Experimenting is the best way to learn".
From time to time, Klodjana plays model and photographer herself so that she can understand how to deal with shy people.
Through the lenses of her camera, she can bring out the best of any image.
She's not only fond of photos, but also loves travelling around the world and learning as many foreign languages as possible.
Klodjana speaks currently Albanian, English, Italian and Turkish.
In the next couple of months Klodjana and her husband will be moving to California, somewhere around San Francisco.
